- 1. I ordered the wrong size/shirt/color. What do I do?

- 2. My amount was debited twice. How can I get a refund of excess amount?
Let us know by sending a mail on feedback@thestiffcollar and we will credit back the excess amount.
Sometimes it happens at the payment gateway and if your amount is debited twice just let us know by writing to us on email@example.com, with your transaction details and we would credit back the excess amount
- 3. What are the modes of payment I can choose from?
We currently offer 4 modes of payment:
a. Payu - For Debit Card/ Netbanking/ Credit card
b. COD - Cash on delivery for major cities across India
c. Bank Deposit - Cash credited to our account and let our team know by email firstname.lastname@example.org
- 4. How do I cancel my order once placed?
To cancel your order you need to drop us an email on email@example.com or call us on 097696 42283 or 09619567614
- 5. How do I place a bulk order?
Visit the bulk order page on our website and select a shirt from our range and mail the same to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the quantity required in a different size. We will revert to you within 24 hrs with the best price and availability of the same.

- 6. Do you gift wrap the package?
Currently we do not gift wrap but are looking forward to do this very soon. However you can gift a stiff collar shirt by writing to email@example.com
- 8. I am unable to place an order.
Sometimes due to technical issues, you might face difficulty placing an order. Even after few trials, you cannot place your order, please write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 097696 42283. If you describe your issue over mail and send us screenshot, that would be a great help to rectify this.
- 9. I cannot proceed to the payment page?
It might be some technical problem and you can contact us for the same by writing to us on email@example.com or call on 097696 42283 or 09619567614.
- 10. Coupon code not working. What should I do?
Check if the coupon is correct and it should not contain any space or other characters. Coupon codes will not be applicable for sales and confident shirts as they are already on discounted price. If the problem still continues, then write us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call on 097696 42283 or 09619567614.
- 11. Do you offer custom made shirts?
As of now we are not into manufacturing of custom made shirts as we are proud of the cuts and designs we offer to our corporate buyers.
However, as a special case, we can manufacture custom made shirts if we have the required fabric ready and you order a minimum quantity of 50 shirts. For availability of the fabric, drop in a mail to email@example.com. Since the order is custom made the lead time for the same will be 30-45 days.
For shirts with custom logos the minimum order is 10 shirts.

- 12. Can I Track my order?
Of course you can. Once the product is shipped from our warehouse, you receive an order confirmation with tracking code. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account on our website.
- 13. Why is my order delayed?
Orders are usually delayed due to supply chain and courier problem. If your order is delayed just write us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call at 097696 42283. We will try to expedite the process from our end.

- 15. I need the package to be gifted to someone. Is there any way to speed the process?

Order delivery time depends on the location. For within Mumbai locations, - it takes minimum 2 days. For other locations, it takes 2-5 days.
- 16. Do I have to order online, do you have any stores?
We do not have any stores and we only sell online.
- 17. Can I make changes to my order or add one more shirt in the same order?
Yes, you can. You need to send us a mail at email@example.com or Call us at 09769642283 or 09619567614 with the changes as soon as your order is placed.
- 18. Can I cancel my order?

- 21. I can't find an item I saw advertised?
If the product you saw the ad of is not on our product list, it is possible it is out of stock or the ad you saw was old. But you can always enquire by calling us on 097696 42283
- 22. Can I pre-order an item?
We do take pre-orders. Sometime we take orders before it is launched on our online store or before we get the physical stock.
- 23. How do I make changes to my order?

- 24. How do I know the status of my order?
You can see the status of your order by logging into your account.
- 25. What should I do if my payment fails?
You can reorder by logging in to your account. Also, you can opt for other payment gateways like Cash On Delivery where cash is collected by our agent on dispatch , Bank Deposit of cash into our Bank Account. If you are still unsure and want to do order on phone, just write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
- 1. How do I get my shipping details?
Shipping details will be sent to you on your email after the order is dispatched from warehouse.
- 2. How much time does it take to deliver the package?
It usually takes 3-4 working days to deliver. However, the delivery time also depends on your location. For Delhi and Mumbai, the delivery time is 2 days, while for Southern and Eastern India it normally takes 4-5 days to deliver.
- 3. What courier service is the package delivered through?
We are partnered with Fedex, Aramex, Ecom Express and Speed Post for deliveries. Sometimes we also use other courier services for remote locations.
- 4. When will my package arrive?
It depends on location and usually it took 3-5 days after product is ordered.
- 5. How do I change my shipping address in my account?
You can edit your shipping or billing address by going to 'My account' after login. If you have troubles logging in just write to us at email@example.com
- 6. Do you offer international shipping?
- Yes we ship to USA, UK and Australia.
But in future we are looking forward to ship to other International locations.
- 7. The couriers mentioned on site are not available in my area. How can you deliver the package?
In such cases, we will send the package via speed post or via another courier service that is available in your area.
- 8. What if I am not at home when the parcel is delivered?
Our courier person will try to connect with you before they come, so you are prepared. In case no one is available at the mention address, at the time of delivery, they would reconnect with you and deliver at an alternative day/time.
- 9. Can you deliver to a different address than my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes this can be done. You need to email us and give the details soon after order is placed.
We can definitely deliver to a different address but the changes have to be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Once the product is shipped, we can't change the delivery address.
- 10. Are there any shipping charges?
We do not charge for shipping if you pay by Debit/ Credit Card orNet Banking. However, we do charge Rs 129 per order for Cash On Delivery.
- 11. I am going out of town, can you expedite my delivery?
We can expedite your shipping if you let us know within 24 hours of placing your order by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- 12. Why should I pay Rs 129 extra for COD(Cash On Delivery)?
The payment failure rate in COD is higher than any other payment methods and sometimes we have to pay double for COD option. To minimize the risk, we place a minimum charge of Rs 129 for per order. Also our courier partners charges extra for COD.
- 13. Can I get deliveries on all days of the week?
We deliver on 6 days of the week except a Sunday.
- 1. I received a product different from the one I ordered?
Do not worry. It might have been a mistake from our end. We will replace it with the right product. You can contact us on email@example.com or call us at 097696 42283/09619567614 within 24 hours with the transaction details.
- 2. My product was not in a good condition?
We will change the product or offer full refund for the same until it's not been washed. You can send us back the shirt, courier charges not more than Rs 200/- which will be refunded to you by us on actuals. We will refund the courier charges only if the shirt has any manufacturing or quality defect or it was wrong dispatch.
- 3. I want to exchange my product. What is the procedure for that?
Kindly Send us back the shirt by courier and write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your reason for exchange.
- 4. How do I return an item? Do I have to send it back?
Yes, you will have to courier the product yourself to us. Do be sure it has not been used or washed, unless there is a reason for the same. We will refund the courier charges only if the shirt has any manufacturing or quality defect or it was wrong dispatch
- 5. Is it necessary to take a shirt in exchange or do I get refund?
No it is not necessary. You can request a refund for a shirt you are returning (within 30 days of receiving).
- 6. How long do I have till I have to return the items?
You can return the item back to us within 30 days of receiving the same.
- 7. How long does it take to process the return?
After we receive the item, the exchange will be processed within 24 hours and sent. ( We won't be able to take back the shirt for exchange or refund if it's been washed or older than 30 days)
- 8. How much does it cost to return an item?
You have to bear the costs and send it to us by any courier/indiapost.
- 9. Can I exchange my product for an item of lesser/higher value?
Yes you can do that.
For exchange in lesser value - we do refund remaining amount to your account.
For exchange in higher value - You have to credit the extra amount to our account mentioned on the website or write to us at email@example.com.
We won't be able to take back the shirt for exchange or refund if it's been washed
- 10. Can I buy multiple items in exchange for a single product?
Multiple items can be exchanged for a single product, but the amount should not exceed the item bought earlier.

- 2. How long does it take to get a refund?
After the amount is refunded, it usually takes 7-10 days to credit to your Bank Account Or Credit Card Account. In case of Cash On Delivery we do refund by cheque which will issued to you in 5-7 days.
- 1. How do I avail Monogramming/ Coupon Code?
The Stiff Collar is the first Indian online brand to do customize monogramming on shirts. We can (embroider) your name or initials on the left cuff of a shirt for only Rs.99. Currently we do a maximum 5 letter monogram on the cuffs.

- 2. Are there any hidden charges/taxes?
You do not pay anything extra for any shirt. All our taxes are added to the MRP.
- 3. Are my transactions safe?
We use shopify for our website and data in it are completely safe. Also, we never save any debit/credit card numbers for any transaction.
Shopify includes an SSL certificate that uses industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
- 4. What to do if my payment fails?
Sometime it happens due to bad connectivity/ Internet issue/ Bank authentication fails. You can retry same order by choosing same or other payment like COD.
- 5. My account is debited but I did not receive any confirmation?
This happens sometimes due to connectivity issues. If after making the payment, customer is not directed to an order confirmation page, then you might not get any confirmation mail. In that case, please write to us at email@example.com and we will make sure that your order is processed.
