Can I cancel my order?

My amount was debited twice. How do I get a refund?
Please email feedback@thestiffcollar.com with your transaction details. Once verified, we will refund the excess amount.
What are the available modes of payment?
We currently offer:
• Debit/Credit Card & Net Banking (via PayU)
• Cash on Delivery in major Indian cities
• Bank Deposit into our HDFC account, followed by an email to feedback@thestiffcollar.com
Please note: COD orders must be accepted on delivery. Open delivery is not available.
How do I place a bulk order?
For bulk orders, email operations@thestiffcollar.com with your selected shirt and required quantities. Our team will respond within 24 hours with pricing and availability. You may also call +91 9769642283.
Do you gift-wrap packages?
Yes, we offer gifting support. Email feedback@thestiffcollar.com or call +91 9769642283 to request gift wrapping or add a message.
I’m unable to place an order. What should I do?

I cannot proceed to the payment page.

My coupon code isn’t working. What can I do?
Ensure the code is entered correctly without spaces. Please note: coupons are not valid on sale items or “Confident Shirts”. If you still face issues, contact feedback@thestiffcollar.com or call +91 9769642283.
Do you offer custom-made shirts?
At present, we do not offer individual custom orders. However, custom production is possible for bulk quantities (minimum 50 shirts) if the required fabric is available. For enquiries, email operations@thestiffcollar.com. Lead time: 30–45 days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking code. You can also view your order status by logging into your account.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays may occur due to courier or supply chain issues. Please email feedback@thestiffcollar.com or call +91 9769642283 and we will assist in expediting it.
How do I know about new launches?

Can I speed up delivery for a gift?
Delivery timelines depend on location (2 days within Mumbai; 2–5 days elsewhere). To request gifting support or a message, email feedback@thestiffcollar.com.
Do you have any physical stores?
We are an online-only brand and currently do not operate physical stores.
When will you restock an item?

Do you have a size guide?
Yes, our size guide is available on the website. You may also refer to our measurement guide online for assistance.
I can’t find an item I saw advertised.
The item may be out of stock or from an older campaign. You may confirm availability by calling +91 9769642283.
Can I pre-order an item?
Yes, we do accept pre-orders for upcoming launches or incoming stock.
I want to change my order details. What should I do?

How do I check the status of my order?
Log into your account on our website to view your order updates at any time.
What should I do if my payment fails?
You may try placing the order again or opt for an alternative method such as COD or Bank Deposit. If you need support, email feedback@thestiffcollar.com and we will guide you through the process.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account, add your selected shirts to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You will see the option to redeem your points on the billing page.

SHIPPING/TRACKING/DELIVERIES
How do I get my shipping details?
Your shipping details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–4 working days, depending on your location. Orders to Mumbai and Delhi typically arrive within 2 days, while deliveries to Southern and Eastern India usually take 4–5 days.
What courier partners do you use?
We work with FedEx, Aramex, Ecom Express, and Speed Post. For remote locations, other reliable courier partners may be used.
When will my package arrive?
Delivery normally takes 3–5 days from the time your order is placed, depending on your location.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can update your shipping or billing address under ‘My Account’ after logging in. If you need support, please email feedback@thestiffcollar.com or call +91 9769642283.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to the USA, UK, and Australia. More international locations will be added soon.
The couriers listed on the site don’t service my area. What happens next?
In such cases, we will ship your parcel via Speed Post or another available courier service that covers your location.
What if I am not at home when the parcel arrives?
Our courier partner will usually call before delivery. If no one is available, they will reconnect with you and arrange delivery for another day.
Can you deliver to a different address after the order is placed?
Yes, we can update your delivery address if the request is made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email feedback@thestiffcollar.com or call +91 9769642283. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Are there any shipping charges?
Prepaid orders ship at no extra cost. Cash on Delivery orders carry a fee of ₹99 per order.
I am travelling soon. Can you expedite my delivery?

Why is there a ₹99 fee for COD?
COD involves higher processing risks and courier charges. To offer this service reliably, a ₹99 fee is applied per order.
Do you deliver on all days of the week?
Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays.
Returns/Refunds
I received a product different from the one I ordered. What should I do?
Do not worry — this may have been a mistake from our end. We will replace it with the correct product. Please email feedback@thestiffcollar.com or call/WhatsApp +91 9769642283 within 24 hours along with your order details.
My product was not in good condition. What can be done?
We will replace the shirt or offer a full refund, provided it has not been washed. You can return the shirt by courier to our Mumbai address (mentioned on the invoice). Courier charges up to ₹150 will be refunded only if the product has a manufacturing or quality defect, or if it was wrongly dispatched.
I want to exchange my product. What is the procedure?
Please courier the shirt to our Andheri, Mumbai address (as mentioned on the invoice) and email feedback@thestiffcollar.com with your reason for exchange. If you want us to arrange a pickup, a ₹200 reverse pickup charge applies. Shirts that have been washed cannot be exchanged.
How do I return an item? Do I have to send it back?
Yes, you will need to courier the product back to us. The shirt must be unused and unwashed, unless returning due to a defect or incorrect dispatch. Courier charges will be refunded only if the shirt has a manufacturing defect or was wrongly dispatched.
Is it necessary to exchange the shirt, or can I request a refund instead?
You may choose either. Refunds can be requested for returns made within 30 days of receiving the product.
How long do I have to return the item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
Once we receive the shirt, your exchange will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for shirts that are washed or older than 30 days.
How much does it cost to return an item?
You will need to bear the courier cost when sending the item back, unless the shirt has a manufacturing defect or was incorrectly dispatched.
Can I exchange my product for an item of lesser or higher value?
Yes.
• If the new item is of lesser value, the balance will be refunded to your account.
• If it is of higher value, you can pay the difference to our account or email feedback@thestiffcollar.com for guidance.
Shirts that have been washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Can I buy multiple items in exchange for a single product?
Yes, you can exchange one product for multiple items, provided the total value does not exceed the price of the original item.

Are there any hidden charges or taxes?
No. You do not pay anything extra — all applicable taxes are already included in the MRP of each shirt.
Are my transactions safe?
Yes. Our website is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption — the same level of security used by major banks. We never store your debit or credit card details. Your information remains completely secure.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Payment failures can occur due to internet issues, weak connectivity, or bank authentication delays. You may try placing the same order again or choose another payment method such as COD.
My account was debited, but I did not receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
This may happen if the connection drops before you reach the confirmation page. If you have been charged but did not receive an email, please write to feedback@thestiffcollar.com or call +91 9769642283. Our team will verify the payment and ensure your order is processed.
