Monti Army Green Herringbone Regular Fit Cutaway Collar 2 Ply Giza Cotton Shirt

A premium shirt - this piece can be dressed up for more formal occasions by pairing it with smart black trousers and black leather shoes, or it can be made cool and understated with a pair of jeans and some brown suede loafers.

Crafted in 100% Egyptian cotton, this herringbone shirt has a visually distinct V-shape herringbone weave, with its faint diagonal appearance, moving left then right, it is a weave forever in fashion. A special treatment to the fabric makes it crease resistance and more durable. All Stiff Collar features such as long length, rounded bottom, Cutaway collar, tailored fit and split yoke.

Herringbone is a twill that is mirrored when woven to create a chevron, “V-shaped” look. The fabrics name comes from its resemblance to the bones of a herring fish. Similar patterns in tile and brick have made this centuries old style a classic. This weave enjoys all the benefits of the twill weave, so herringbone fabrics drape well and are easy to iron. Herringbone has a smooth feel, a textured warmth, and a slight sheen. The added patterning makes this a great crossover fabric, solving both dress and casual shirt needs. An ordinary shirt

Does not feel like 2 Ply Giza cotton. Feels very ordinary cotton. Leaves iron fade marks. Cost too high for it's value.
